How to cancel a CPA?

You are able to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority by contacting us directly, or you can cancel it with your card issuer.

However, if you cancel the CPA before you fully repay the amounts you owe to us, you must: (i) agree with us an alternative way to pay (such as an alternative CPA on another debit card); and (ii) allow 10 days of notice so we can set up the agreed alternative payment method.
